F9 Delivery Policy

All F9 Audio products are digital. Every release is delivered as a download immediately after purchase. There is no physical shipping, no delivery charge, and no waiting period.

1. Delivery Cost and Timeframe

  • Cost: Free. No delivery or handling charges are applied to any order.
  • Timeframe: Immediate. Download links are available as soon as your payment is confirmed.
  • Coverage: Worldwide. We deliver digitally to customers in every country we sell to.

2. How You Receive Your Files

Your downloads are delivered through our fulfilment partner, FileFlare, and are available to you in four places:

  1. Order confirmation page. Your download links appear on the thank-you page shown immediately after checkout.
  2. Email. We send an order confirmation containing a download button linking to your order summary, along with a button to access your invoice.
  3. Your account. Sign in at any time to find every product you have ever purchased, with active download links.
  4. The "All Downloads" button. Available in the site header once you are signed in, giving you one-click access to your full library.

Your download links do not expire. You can return and re-download your purchases at any time from your account.

3. Historical SendOwl Links

F9 Audio previously delivered downloads through a service called SendOwl. We no longer use SendOwl, and any SendOwl download links held in old emails are no longer valid.

Your purchases are not affected. All previous orders remain in your F9 Audio account, and current download links are available there. Sign in and use the All Downloads button in the site header to access them.

If you cannot locate a past purchase, contact us at info@f9-audio.com with the email address used at the time of purchase and we will restore your access.

4. Problems With a Download

If a file will not download, arrives incomplete, or is corrupt, email info@f9-audio.com with your order number. We will resolve it or issue a full refund.

We aim to respond to all delivery queries within one business day.

5. Prices and Tax

All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable VAT or sales tax. The price displayed on the product page is the price you pay at checkout. No delivery charges or additional fees are added.
